Third Eye was founded in 2005 by owner and Managing Director Jeerapa Leelasangsai. Jeerapa is a graduate of St. John’s Trinity College of Commerce and Camden College (Bath) in the UK. She started her career in executive search in 1994 as one of the founding partners Amrop International Thailand, conducting senior level search across industry sectors including automobile, consumer, banking, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing and logistics industries.

In 2002 she joined Watson Wyatt Worldwide as Human Capital Consultant. Her experience in HR management consulting includes sales force performance evaluation, leadership development and performance management systems. She returned to executive search in 2003, when she joined TMP Worldwide and was instrumental in the start-up and development of their executive search business in Thailand.

Jeerapa started Third Eye with the mission to create her own unique brand of executive search by bringing together her experience across human resource management and recruiting functions. During her first seven years in business, she has successfully built a staff of four and gained the confidence of large multinational companies, as well as Thai blue chip institutions for which she continues to fill senior level search assignments.

Third Eye Management Solutions Vietnam office is managed by two business partners, ex-senior directors from Retail / Consumer Goods and Finance and Banking sector. With the strategy "We are from your industry" the company gained recognition in Vietnam between international and local companies.


We are primarily a retained executive search firm.  However, we can offer you many service options and tailor a search service solution to meet your specific needs. 

In general, our search process begins with giving client companies an overview of the targeted job market sector, identifying and directing specific companies for search.  Our team of research consultants uses both historical and new information to identify potentially suitable candidates in the market. 

Thereafter, our team of search consultants goes through an extensive screening process with candidates.  We will provide our client company with a regular progress report on the status of the search, including industry or sector specific information which may be instrumental in steering search results. In an effort to streamline the search process, we will review with our client company, any key points so we may focus on the most critical requirement areas. 

Once we have narrowed the search to a group of three to five candidates, we will present our client with a report on each, complete with our candidate assessment and evaluation. We facilitate interview scheduling, feedback, reference checks and finally, contract negotiations.
